Project Description

How to avoid work time at work?
While you are back in your work and are working very quickly, suddenly one of your colleagues asks: “Have a minute?” And you think “Do you really seem to be unemployed?” How does your partner not understand your intense stress?

Factors that make time waste at work are happening to all of us, but instead of finding the culprit, discussions with colleagues should be more effective. Edward J. Edward G. Brown (1), author of “A Time-Tackling Tool: Retrieving the Stolen Time You Never Know”, recommends the following tips for managing time and avoiding waste of time:

1. Calculate the wasted time
It’s almost impossible to ask your colleagues not to disturb you, but if they did, give them a decent response. Of course, it’s a bit hard to say, “No”, but to find the motive you need to remember how much time you miss. Calculate the number of times your colleagues spend time and the amount of time lost on a daily basis. You will notice that by eliminating these time-consuming factors, you have four hours more work per week each week, and the incentive to deal with these factors will waste your time.

2. Just say “no”
Not saying hard is asking for help, but you have to do it. Instead of telling your colleagues, you’re busy and look at this selfish answer, telling you to be happy to help him later. “Remember, you have to do two things: avoid the waste of time and make a good partner.” In fact, you do not say “no,” but you say “no now”. And it’s possible to solve the problem with your colleague.

If the boss asked you to remind him, work on an important project you have been given and ask how much time this new job will take. Managers will usually forget about what you’ve already given up and now you’re doing. Prioritization of tasks must be done by the presidents, making sure that you have done the right projects and planning.

3. Give the right time to work
Identify some of your most important projects and assign them time. “If you are sure what you’re doing is important, you’re going to have a lot of obsession with fighting time-consuming agents,” Brown says. One of the big issues is that it’s less than what’s needed for a time-consuming project. The more time you assign and schedule based, the more time you need to calculate the future projects.

4. Schedule weekly plans and stick to it
Getting used to new patterns of behavior requires time. One of the best ways to create new habits is to map out the important plans of that week. Brown recommends writing your apps, because when things get lost, and you’re tempted not to work on the program, this program works like a safe tool and takes you. Many successful people in the business world do this. If you memorize your apps on a calendar every week and work every day according to the plan, stress relates to the time lag and delays in your work.

You can imagine doing things better at the same time, but doing so will lower your quality. Just do one thing at a time. This will allow you to work related tasks in the same sections throughout the day, for example, instead of having to respond every time a new email arrives, assign a specific time to respond to your emails during the day.

Last recommendation:
To help you get the best out of time and avoid waste of time, calculate your wasted times, prioritize your tasks, and write your plans. So manage your time and maybe even have a little extra time at the end of the day.
